Shipping / Delivery / Inspection

Our products are shipped on working days after receipt of payment. The shipping costs are calculated at the end of the purchase process.

From 100 € order value the shipping is free of charge. Below 100 € we charge 3,50 € shipping national, 9,90 € in the EU and international 19,90 €.

The link to the shipment tracking will be sent to you immediately after ordering. Our current shipping service provider is DHL. Upon receipt of the package, a signature is required as proof.

After receiving the order confirmation, you should check the address entered again. Any additional expense incurred as a result of incorrectly entering the address will be at your expense as the purchaser.

The return shipment by insured parcel post will be borne by SCHAATZI GmbH. You will receive a rector link by email.

Customer Care will then send you a return slip and/or a replacement delivery. Please keep the delivery receipt of a possible return shipment carefully. The exchange may take up to one week.


Refunds are generally made up to a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the delivery. After this period, we regret that we cannot issue refunds or exchanges.

Refunds can only be made if the returned item and original packaging are complete and unused.

Refunds can only be completed if a receipt or proof of purchase is included.

Refund procedure

Upon receipt of your return, you will be notified by email. This email will inform you of the refund/part refund decision.

If approved, you will be refunded the invoice amount within 7 business days via the payment method you used at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are generally not refundable.

Late/Missing Refunds

If you have been approved for a refund request, it may take longer for the credit to appear depending on your bank or credit card company. Please contact your bank/credit card company first.

Provided notification is made within 3 working days of delivery, any defective or damaged item will be exchanged by us free of charge within 1 week.

After receiving your return link, please return the defective/damaged item to us, quoting the order number and the return link to SCHAAZI GmbH.

We will endeavour to deliver the replacement within 7 days.


If you have received an item as a gift and wish to exchange it, you will receive a voucher for the value of the original order. As soon as we have received the return, we will send the voucher immediately within 7 days.
